COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Aligning with our core value of “Valuing Relationships” – Community involvement is important to us, and we want to impact and give back to the Dallas community in which we live and work.

Lawrence B. Dale Family Foundation

The Lawrence B. Dale Family Foundation was founded in 2008 and was established to support education, medical research (with an emphasis on Multiple Sclerosis) and campus Christian organizations.

Through direct financial support, the Foundation has supported over fifty organizations, including Teach for America, Baylor Health Care and Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. In 2013, the Foundation provided research grants for Multiple Sclerosis to Southwestern Medical Foundation, UCSF Foundation, The University of Pennsylvania, and John Hopkins University.

The Foundation also supports local Dallas organizations, including Young Life, Campus Crusade For Christ, West Dallas Community School, and St. Philip’s School & Community Center.

Wisdom’s Hope

We have partnered with a new Dallas organization, Wisdom’s Hope. Wisdom’s Hope provides transitional housing and comprehensive services to low-income families who have a child with special needs.

Dale employees have supported the families of Wisdom’s Hope by donating their time, financial resources, and by forming lasting relationships with the families in the program.
