Formed in 2014, the company is actively acquiring leasehold and non-operated working interests throughout the Anadarko Basin in Oklahoma.

The company is actively acquiring leasehold and non-operated working interests in the Anadarko Basin in Oklahoma and the Williston Basin of North Dakota through Dale Oklahoma, LLC and Dale Bakken Partners 2012, LLC.


Dale Minerals Management 2012, LLC.

Formed in 2012, the company acquired mineral interests in the Bakken play in North Dakota and Montana; the Woodford, Cleveland, Tonkawa, Marmaton, and Mississippian plays in Oklahoma; as well as the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale play in Mississippi, and Eaglebine and Cline Shale plays, both in Texas. The partnership acquired over 26,500 net mineral acres.


Dale Bakken Partners 2012, LLC.

Formed in 2012, the company is actively acquiring leasehold and non-operated working interests in the Williston Basin of North Dakota.

The partnership acquired 7,195 net mineral acres in the Bakken play in North Dakota and Montana; the Woodford, Cleveland, Tonkawa, Marmaton, and Mississippian plays in Oklahoma, the Fayetteville Shale in Arkansas, and the Permian Basin in Texas.

The partnership acquired non-operated working interests in the Bakken play in North Dakota. The assets for this partnership were divested in the summer of 2014.

The partnership acquired 8,625 net mineral acres in the Bakken play in North Dakota and Montana; the Woodford, Cleveland, Tonkawa, Marmaton, and Mississippian plays in Oklahoma; the Fayetteville Shale in Arkansas, and the Permian Basin in Texas.


Dale Williston Minerals 2010, LP

The partnership acquired 2,917 net mineral acres in the Bakken play in North Dakota and Montana.


Dale Williston Minerals 2008, LP

The partnership acquired 688 net acres in the Bakken play in North Dakota.


Dale East Texas Minerals 2008, LP

The partnership acquired approximately 1,000 net mineral acres in various plays throughout East Texas.


Dale Gas Partners II, LP

Formed in 2008, Dale Gas Partners II, LP (“DGP II”) began acquiring prospects in the Marcellus, Eagle Ford, and Barnett Shales, as well as non-operated interests in projects in the Paradox Basin in Colorado and the Cook Inlet Basin in Alaska. In addition, DGP II joined an established industry partner in developing its European and South American Shale projects. DGP II divested its non-operated assets in Alaska in 2014.


Dale Gas Partners, LP

Formed in 2001, Dale Gas Partners, LP, focused on locating and developing oil and gas prospects in south and east Texas before ultimately acquiring a large leasehold position in the highly urbanized portion of the Barnett Shale which was sold to Chesapeake Energy in 2006.
